The purpose of the Alliance’s Certification Seal (the Seal) is to distinguish recruitment organizations and employers that are certified ethical recruiters (CERs) to adhere to the Alliance’s voluntary codes of practice for ethical recruitment, in both healthcare and education sectors. Because CERs recruitment practices are actively monitored, the Seal increases subscribers’ credibility with both employers and health professionals.
Only organizations that have been certified by the Alliance are authorized to use the Seal. CER are encouraged to display the Seal on their Web site and on materials distributed to potential and existing recruited foreign-educated health professionals.
